We process orders within 2 business days after they are placed. During this processing period (i.e., before the order is shipped or manufactured), you may request to cancel your order, and a full refund will be issued. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
We accept product returns, with the following terms
Return Time Limit
You must submit a refund request within 30 days of receiving the goods.
Return Conditions
The product must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Do not return items directly to the manufacturer.
Shipping Fees for Returns
If the return is due to our fault (e.g., damaged goods, items not matching the order details), you will not be responsible for shipping fees.
For returns unrelated to quality issues (e.g., change of mind, personal preference), you must cover the shipping fee, with the exact amount depending on the courier chosen.
Shipping Labels & Pickup
We generally provide return shipping labels via USPS or GoFoExpress. For special regions, we will coordinate with local logistics for pickup.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and notify you whether the return is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method (e.g., credit card) within a specified timeframe.
